Ms. Lodico is the director of Rocky Mountain regional operations and a senior consultant at Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc. She has a background in civil engineering and architectural acoustics and has contributed significantly to quiet pavement research efforts within state transportation agencies and nationally through project work for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program. Ms. Lodico holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.S. degree with a focus on Architectural Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado and California, and is Board Certified by the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE). Ms. Lodico is currently a Director on the Board of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering and an appointed Member of the Committee on Transportation-Related Noise and Vibration.
